What is Freedom Fitness Boot Camp?

We're a group training experience that promotes spending LESS TIME working out to get your desired RESULTS. Every session we run is fresh with new combinations of exercises, equipment or time formats so things don't get stale.  Sessions start with a walk through on exercise form and format which is followed by an action packed, professionally trained workout.  Freedom Fitness Boot Camp is a safe space to take on fitness AT YOUR LEVEL.


Is this a gym membership?

This is NOT a gym membership.  We are a group training fitness facility and by joining our program you've hired professional trainers and instructors to assist you in your fitness journey.  We do not have showers and do not offer daycare for young children.


What if I'm out of shape or have medical concerns?

We have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. Bring health concerns to our attention and we will work with you and your health care provider to provide optimal service to meet your needs. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!


What is your schedule?

You can view our official schedule here.  You may attend any 30 minute session of your choice up to 5 times a week without prior reservation.  (No two a day training permitted)


Where are you located?

We run our Boot Camp just west of the Deseret Industries building in Sandy Utah at 733 East 9400 South. There is plenty of parking right in front of our building. View us on Google Maps.
